2 one-pound bags frozen California mix vegetable (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
2 14-˝ ox cans cream style corn
2 2.8 oz cans French friend onions (French’s)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Place frozen mixed vegetables into a strainer.
Run them under warm water to separate them and melt any ice crystals.
Drain very well.
Place vegetables into a medium oven to table casserole.
Top the vegetables with the cream style corn.
Sprinkle on the fried onions.
Cover the casserole with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake until the onions are crispy (5-6 minutes)
