2-3 heads of cauliflower, cut into florets
cup olive oil
6-8 garlic cloves, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag and toss to coat the cauliflower.
Marinate up to 12 hours.
Preheat oven to 400.
Spread cauliflower with marinating liquid on a large rimmed baking sheet.
Roast in the upper part of the oven for 35-45 minutes or until cauliflower is golden brown, turning occasionally.
