2 cans corned beef
2 medium onions cut in half and sliced
6 medium potatoes cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 stalks celery cut into 1/2 inch pieces
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put all into stock pot and cover with 1 inch water. Bring to a boil and cut back to a rolling simmer and cook till potatoes are tender. Add salt and pepper to taste after about 10 mins into cooking, a little at first and adjust at end of cooking.
