3 eggs
2 cups unpeeled shredded Zuccini
1 cup oil
3 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sugar

3 cups flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup raisins
1 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients and set aside. Blend rest of ingredients together and then mix with part one.

Grease and flour loaf pans. Bake for one hour at 350.

Freezes well.
