1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 tsp. salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Before starting, put greased muffin tins or custard cups into hot oven, 450, heat until sizzling hot.

Beat eggs at medium speed until frothy. Now add salt, sugar, flour and half the milk and mix again until smooth. Then add remaining milk and salad oil and beat at low speed just until blended.

Pour batter into hot muffin tins or custard cups, filling each about half full. Bake in a very hot oven, 450, for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 400 and continue for 15 minutes longer. DO NOT open oven while baking. Makes 12 popovers.
