1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs
3, 3 oz. packages cream cheese
1/4 lb. blue cheese

Directions:
Directions:
For the dough, let water and butter come to a boil then add the flour and stir briskly. This makes a white batter, let cool. Beat eggs until thick; combine eggs and pastry and mix thoroughly. Drop on greased cookie sheet in 1/2 tsp. sizes. Bake in hot oven (450) for 10 to 15 minutes. Split immediately and fill with cheese filling.

To make cheese filling mix cream cheese and blue cheese. Moisten with cream to make good consistency.

Split puff down the side with sharp knife and fill with 1/2 tsp. or so of cheese filling.

Makes 70 puffs.
