2 lbs. uncooked sausage
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
16 oz. shredded cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and form into 1" balls. Use ungreased baking sheets and bake for 15 minutes in 375 oven. Makes 6 dozen.
