1 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tsp vanilla
1 Tsp baking soda
1/2 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp salt
2 cups pastry flour
2 cups quick oats
2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 cup shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth. add flour sifted with soda, baking powder and salt. Add Rice Krispies, coconut and oats. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Press down with fork.
Bake at 375F for 7 minutes or until golden brown. If you chill the dough, it is easier to handle. These cookies freeze well.
