1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. water
2 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
dash pepper
2 - 14 oz. cans artichokes, cut up
1 c. seasoned breadcrumbs
1 c. grated or shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased 9 to 11 inch casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until slightly browned around edge.
