1, 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup drained, oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
2 Tbsp. oil from sun-dried tomatoes
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

Directions:
Directions:
Place all six ingredients in food processor. Pulse several times until all ingredients are blended. (Or chop fine and mix). Spoon mixture into small bowl, refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with good crackers, or on French bread rounds that have been brushed (both sides) with olive oil and broiled till browned.
