1/3 cup crumbled Danish Blue Cheese
6 oz. of plain deli cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
1 Tbsp. Italian herbs (The Fresh Market brand or other)
a dash of Cayenne pepper sauce

Directions:
Mix all ingredients by hand or mixer or in a Cuisinart. Dip should be very smooth. Refrigerate for one or two hours before serving. Even better made a day ahead.

Serve with sliced tart green apples, vegetable crudités or Wheat Thins as a cocktail snack. Spread over Grilled Beefburgers with a couple of strips of bacon for a great Blue Cheese Bacon Burger. Spread on both slices of bread to accent Chicken Salad Sandwiches.
