3/4 lb. country spare ribs
1 can (14 oz.) chicken stock
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 clove garlic, diced
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt

corn starch; enough to dust ribs

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade ribs in plastic bag with all 8 ingredients for about 3 hours. Remove ribs; pat dry; dust with corn starch. Place in slow cooker.

Pour 1/4 of marinade over; cook on High for 1-1/4 hours or Low for 3-4 hours. Add more marinade as needed until all is used.
