2 cups cold milk (fat-free, if desired)
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (fat-free if desired)
1/4 cup Frendh vanilla cafe
1 cup Cool Whip, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
In medium-size bowl, pour cold milk, add pudding mix and instant cafe. Beat with wire whisk about 2 minutes. Gently stir in Cool Whip. Refrigerate 2 hours. Serve.
