Ingredients:  
1 can refried beans
1 cp sour cream
1/2 cp Mayonnaise
Chopped lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped scallions
Chopped green and/or black olives
Shredded/Grated cheeses ( Cheddar,Monterey Jack or a Mexican Blend )


Directions:
Directions:
1st layer is 1/2 can of mashed refried beans spread thin
2nd layer mix together sour cream, Mayonnaise and envelope of taco seasoning and spread over the bean layer.
3rd layer is chopped lettuce
4th layer is chopped tomatoes
5th layer is chopped scallions
6th layer is chopped green and/or black olives
7th layer is Cheese

Put together on a nice platter !
