2 cups brown sugar
2 1/2 cups cake flour
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
1 cups mashed bananas (approximately 3 ripe)

Frosting:

1 8oz softened cream cheese
2 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cube margarine or butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour and brown sugar
Add salt to eggs and beat well. Add sour cream, vanilla, soda, baking powder, bananas and flour/sugar mixture. Stir well and bake at 350 about 30-40 minutes, or until cooked in middle.

Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting
