4 pork loins or rib chops
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 thin onion slices
4 green pepper rings
1 box long grain wild rice
1 can (8oz) stewed whole tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in skillet. Follow directions to cook rice. Salt and pepper chops. Top each with 1 onion slice and 1 green pepper ring, 1 or more tsp. rice, and 1 tomato. Pour remaining tomato juice into pan with chops to simmer. Cover and reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
