Ingredients:  
4 cups torn lettuce, washed
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup shredded carrot
2 hard- cooked eggs, sliced
6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked drained & crumbled
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, sliced
¾-cup mayo
1 ½ tsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. dried dill weed


Directions:
Directions:
Place lettuce in bottom of bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper
Layer with peas, then carrots, then eggs, then bacon, ½ c. of cheese and green onions.
Mix mayo with lemon juice and dill weed
Spread mayo mixture on top of salad, sealing to edge of bowl, sprinkle with rest of cheese.
Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours.
