2 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese; add egg yolks one at a time, mixing well after each ddition. Add lemon juice and salt. Place in double boiler over hot, not boiling water, until sauce is heated through.

Excellent over asparagus or broccoli.
