1 lb. large uncooked shrimp (16/21 count), thaw,
clean
1 tbsp. cajun seasoning
1/4 cup zesty Italian dressing
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Toss shrimp in cajun seasoning.

In medium-size skillet on medium heat, add butter, Italian dressing, garlic; cook 2 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 4 minutes longer. Top with parsley.

Serve with rice and small peas.
