12 slices white bread, cubed into 1 inch cubes
16 oz. cream cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
12 eggs
2 cups milk
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

Blueberry Sauce:
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 cups water
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place cubed bread in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Place cream cheese cubes over bread cubes. Top with blueberries.

In large bowl, beat eggs; add milk and honey or syrup; our over bread mixture. Cover and chill at least 8 hours. Remove from refrigerator, leave covered and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes more.

Sauce:
In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, and water. Boil for 3 minutes; add blueberries and simmer 8-10 minutes. Add butter. Serve over the baked toast.
