Crust:
2 cups plus 2 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup shortening

Topping:
2 cups sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:

Mix crust ingredients and put into a 9 x 13 inch backing pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350, or until lightly browned.

Topping:

Combine sugar, lemon juice, flour and baking powder. Add eggs and mix well. Pour over crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
