8 Slices of Country Ham
3/4 C. Black Coffee
1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a few drops of oil over medium heat and fry slices of ham. When ham is browned on each side pour coffee over ham slices.
Sprinkle sugar over and stir. Cover and simmer over very low heat for 5 - 10 minutes.
Serve with ham slices and pour gravy over southern biscuits.
