1 can of refrigerated crescent rolls
2 medium-large fresh peaches
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine or butter
Sugar to taste
Cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Spray glass baking dish with cooking spray. Peel the peaches and cut in quarters and remove seed. Unroll crescent rolls and divide in sections. Place peach quarter on small end of crescent roll and roll up folding large end over, making sure all of peach is covered. Place in baking dish. Repeat until all rolls are used. Sprinkle tops with sugar and cinnamon to taste. In sauce pan, place butter or margarine, sugar and water bring to full boil. Then pour over dumplings. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until tops are golden brown.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, if desired. Well drained canned peaches may also be used for this recipe.
