*Can is an empty soup can

2 cps Cooked Chicken cut up
1 can Minute Rice - White or Brown
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Chicken Broth or water
1 package dried onion soup mix
1 cp crushed potato chips
1/2 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, rice, soups, broth and dried soup mix in an oven safe skillet on top of the stove and bring to a boil. Mix melted butter and potato chips and sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake uncovered at 350º for 20-25 minutes.

Can be doubled easily. Also good with Durkee's French Fried Onion on top instead of Potato Chips...
