8oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 c. miniature semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter till smooth. Mix in both sugars and vanilla. Stir in choc. chips. Cover, and chill for at least 2 hours.
2. Shape chilled cream cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap with plastic, and chill for another 1 hour.
3. Roll the cheese ball in finely chopped pecans before serving.

Had this for dessert at a dinner party once and loved it. It tastes like the filling to a cannolli. I serve this with miniature cinnamon teddy grahams.
