Wild Rice Dressing Recipe

1 lb. bulk pork sausage; cook; drain; set aside
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup raw wild rice
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup butter
1 can (8 oz.) mushrooms, drained
1/8 cup dry parsley
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. thyme

In fry pan, cook sausage; set aside.

In medium sauce pan, heat broth and rice; bring to boil; cook 30 minutes. Using pork sausage and pan, add butter, celery, onion; cook until softened. Add to rice. Add rest of ingredients and place in sprayed baking dish.

Bake covered at 325 for 1 hour. If not thick enough, bake uncovered a little longer.
