3-4 lb. pork roast or country style ribs
oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup salsa or picante
chicken broth to cover
1 cup 7-up or 1 can diet coke or 1-2 cans regular coke

Directions:
Directions:
Braise meat on all sides until dark and crispy. Put in crock pot with brown sugar and salsa. Cover with chicken broth and cook until tender.
