1 lb. butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
4-6 cups flour
3 cups instant oatmeal
semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips
butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients. Tests bake a few cookies in preheated 375 oven for 8-10 minutes. Too flat? more flour. Too hard? less flour. Scoop with ice cream scoop onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake. Cool cookies, and place into plastic storage bags and freeze. Take out when ready to go good shepherding!
