2 whole pork tenderloins
6 - 8 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lg. onion, sliced in rings
3 cups fresh mushrooms
2 tsp. minced garlic
3 tbsp. butter, divided
2 tbsp. olive oil, divided
3/4 cup beef broth
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. each, basil, thyme, rosemary
1 tbsp. corn starch
3 tbsp. water

Directions:

Cut pork in 1/4" slices; slap once with cleaver. Coat with Parmesan cheese; set aside.

In large fry pan, use 1/2 butter and 1/2 olive oil; add garlic mushrooms and onions. Cook until tender. Remove from heat; keep warm. In same skillet add remaining butter and oil; cook pork slices over medium heat, 3 minutes each side. Set aside; keep warm.

Add broth to pan; stir in remaining ingredients. Cook until thickened. Combine all ingredients in skillet. Ready to serve.
