Ingredients:  
20 slices ham, *Lunch meat works fine
1 small pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and water squeezed out
1 cup dry curd cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup chopped green onions

Sauce:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except ham slices. Add a spoonful or two into the ham slices and roll up. Place in casserole dish like you would enchiladas. Place in pan, and top with sauce. Bake until bubbly, about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
