Won ton wraps
Oil for frying

Asiago cheese sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour

Toppings:
Your choice of pepperoni, Italian sausage, or both.
Pepperoncini peppers, cut in rings, to taste
Sliced black olives
Diced Tomatoes

Directions:
Asiago cheese sauce:

Melt butter in sauce pan over medium low heat. Add flour and stir for 1-2 minutes to take raw taste out of flour. Slowly add chicken broth, stirring constantly, breaking up any lumps. Once incorporated, add the milk and continue to stir. Turn up heat to medium-high, stirring until the sauce begins to boil. Cook another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickened. Add cheese, stir, remove from heat.

Nacho Chips:
Cut Won ton wraps in half diagonally to make triangle shaped pieces. In batches, fry the Won ton pieces in hot oil and drain on paper towels. These cook very quickly!

Lay fried Won ton wraps out on plate. Drizzle with Asiago cheese sauce and toppings of your choice. Can assemble and bake - but be careful, with too much sauce, chips can get soggy in oven.
