1 large can kraut (drained)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 small can mushrooms

1 medium green pepper (chopped)
OR 2 small jars pimentos

Optional: Hot peppers to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the above ingredients and place in the turkey. Bake the turkey according to directions. Remove the stuffing and serve as a side dish. This mixture gives the turkey a special flavor.

Submitted in memory of my Dad, Cecil Roundtree. This stuffing mixture was one of his favorite foods, and he would ask for the turkey to be prepared this way just to get to eat the stuffing mixture.
