Juice of half of a medium-size watermelon
1 can frozen orange juice concentrate (or juice of 4 oranges)
Juice of 3 lemons
1 cup sugar
2 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients except egg whites together and freeze until mushy. With a mixer, whip egg whites until very stiff and add to mixture. Freeze until hard, stirring about every half hour.

The first sherbet I ever made was Grape Sherbet. I made it for Joe's and my first Christmas. I didn't know how to make any other dessert so I bought some Welch's Grape Juice and made up a recipe. We thought it was great!
