1/3 cup yellow corn meal
2 cups milk
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp (1 pkg) yeast
1/4 cup warm water
2 eggs, beaten
4 1/2 cups (approximately.) flour

Directions:
Directions:
Bring corn meal and milk to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly for a few minutes till it tastes done. Remove from heat and add butter, sugar and salt. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in yeast mixture, then eggs. When light, add flour, and treat like bread. Roll dough into desired shape; let rise. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
