4-6 Minute Steaks sliced in 1/2 to 1 inch strips
seasoning of your choice
flour
1-2 eggs - beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1- 2 cups of flour in zip lock bag. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Cut steak in strips. Season to your liking, dip strips in egg and place in bag of flour. When you have 4-5 strips in bag zip up and shake to coat evenly. Place carefully in hot oil and let fry, be careful they are MINUTE steaks so it will not take long to cook. Prepare more strips while keeping an eye on steaks. When steaks fingers are ready, drain on paper towel.
