8 oz cooked corned beef, coarsely chopped
1 C sauerkraut, coarsely chopped, rinsed & drained
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 C shredded swiss cheese
1/2 C Thousand Island dressing
Toasted cocktail rye bread slices and/or thick pretzel sticks, for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325F.
Mix corned beef, sauerkraut, cream cheese, swiss cheese and dressing together in an overproof dish. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the internal temberature is 165F.
Serve with coctain rye bread and/or pretzels.
