3 medium potatoes, peeled, cut in small pieces
1 cup flour
1 egg
water
1 onion, diced
4 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in water until nearly done. Mix flour and egg with enough water to make a sticky dough. Drop by teaspoonful into potato water and cook until glace comes to top. Drain. Saute onions in butter. Add potatoes and glace. Fry until brown, turning. Serve with garlic sausage or bratwurst.
