1/2 c. sugar 1 T. corn starch
2 1/2 c. peaches & juice
1 c. flour
1 T. sugar
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t.salt
3 T. corn oil 1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
heat oven to 400. Mix sugar & cornstarch in pan. Gradually stir in peaches, heat to boil.Boil for 1 minute stirring constantly. Pour into baking dish and dot with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Mix dry ingredients, stir in oil and milk. Drop by spoonfuls onto hot fruit. Bake 25-30 minutes
