1 lb ground beef, seasoned as desired
Taco seasoning (amount to your taste)
1 8-count pkg Pillsbury crescent rolls (off brands do not work as well)
Shredded cheese (taco blend, Mexican, Cheddar, or whatever flavor you prefer)
Sour cream, if desired
Crumbled Fritos or other brand corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Season beef as desired (salt, pepper, onions, garlic etc). Brown beef completely over medium heat. Drain any grease. Add taco seasoning and a little water to moisten the mixture. Mix well.
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray bottom of 9 x 13 glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Use 4 uncooked unrolled crescent rolls to cover the bottom of the baking dish. (Tear as needed to fit the size and shape of the dish.) Cover crescents with single layer of beef mixture.
If using sour cream, cover beef mixture with a layer of it (use whatever amount you prefer). Cover with a layer of shredded cheese. Top with crumbled corn chips (amount as desired). Bake in 350 oven about 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
Garnish if desired with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, etc.
