3.5oz. pepperoni, chopped
8 oz. pizza cheese
3/4 c. kalamata olives, chopped
2 c. mayo
1/2 c. chopped scallions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well and bake in an 8x8 buttered dish at 375 for 20 minutes till hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers (Ritz go well with it).

I found this recipe online and have made it several times. It is a bit greasy, but soooooooooo good! Try using turkey pepperoni if you want to cut back on the tasty grease :>)
