1 16-oz can refried beans
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Colby/Monterey Jack)
1/2 cup sliced black olives, drained
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions (w/tops)

Directions:
Directions:
Spread refried beans in bottom of baking dish (9-inch round or square).
Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, and minced garlic. Spread cheese mixture over beans. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. grated cheese ( or more if desired)
Bake at 350 15-18 mins or until hot.
Garnish with green onions, olives & cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
