6 medium red potatoes, halved and sliced thinly
1 small onion, halved and sliced thinly
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange potatoes and onions in an ungreased 9 in. baking dish. Combine butter, pepper and salt; drizzle over potatoes and onions. Cover and bake at 400 for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 - 20 minutes.
