12 eggs
12 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2-3 c. shredded Colby Jack cheese
2 c. diced ham
2 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375. Melt butter in 9x13 pan. In mixing bowl or blender, beat eggs then add cottage cheese, flour & baking powder until mixed well. Stir in shredded cheese & ham. Pour into pan & bake 30-40 minutes until golden brown or knife test in center is clean. Allow to set 5 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
