4 cups sugar
1 lb. butter
1 can (13 oz.) Carnation condensed milk
18 oz. chocolate chips
3 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In medium-size sauce pan, bring milk and sugar to hard rolling boil; keep stirring with wooden spoon for full 10 minutes. Take off heat and add butter; beat by hand for 2 minutes. Add chocolate chips and vanilla. Beat with mixer until thick, about 10-15 minutes. Stir in nuts.

Makes two 9x13" pans.
