3 pieces chicken breasts boiled and shredded
2 bags instant rice, cooked
1 bag frozen broccoli, cooked according to directions
2 cups cheddar cheese
3 cans cream of celery soup
bread crumbs
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese and cream of celery soup
In a 9x13 dish, begin with a layer of rice (use all of the rice)
Follow by a layer of all of the broccoli
Then a layer of all of the chicken
Then a layer of the cheese and celery soup mixture
Top with bread crumbs
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes until bread crumbs begin to brown
