6-8 medium squash, sliced
1 medium white onion, sliced
1 egg
salt and pepper
8 oz. sour cream
3/4 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp. sugar
1 sleeve ritz crackers
1 1/2 sticks butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash and onion until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain, Mix up squash, onion, 1/2 stick butter, salt & pepper to taste, sour cream, cheese, & sugar
For the crust, crumble the sleeve of ritz crackers ( I put them in a ziplock and crush them)
Mix with 1 stick melted butter, Press into the bottom of a 9x13 dish
Pour squash mixture on top of cracker crumbs
If there are any extra cracker crumbs, you can sprinkle them on top
Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes until bubbling and a little brown on top
