1 lb ground chuck
1 can tomato sauce
1 pkg taco seasoning
flour tortillas
grated cheddar cheese



Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain beef. In a skillet add beef, tomato sauce, 1 cup of water and taco seasoning. Cook until it has thickened (on medium heat about 20 minutes)

In a large non-stick skillet add one t. of butter, allow it to melt and coat the pan. Drop in a tortilla and arrange shredded cheese down the middle of it. When the cheese is melted transfer to a plate, add the meat mixture and roll-up.

Add the toppings of your choice.

*This can also be layered into a “taco bake.”
In a pie pan place one tortilla, spoon on meat mixture, sprinkle cheese, repeat layers twice and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.
