Cut:
8 cups of round squash
2 cups round onion
2 or 3 bell pepper

In an enamel dishpan put 1 cup of salt and cover with water. Let set for 1 hour and then drain.

Syrup:
2 cups of white vinegar
3 cups sugar
2 or 3 tablespoons of each celery seed and mustard seed

Directions:
Get mixture warm and dump squash onion and pepper into mixture and bring to good boil. Bring to boil and put in cold jars and seal up.
