1 peck of pears (more of a dishpan full of ground pears)
5 green bell peppers
6 red bell peppers
3 hot peppers
5 large onions
5 cups of vinegar
5 cups of sugar
I teaspoon of salt


Directions:
Directions:
Grind pears in coarse food chopper. Drain excess juice. Grind peppers and onions in the same way. Place in boiler. Pickling salt cup or more. Set overnight squeeze by hand salt out of mixture.
