1 cup bell pepper
1/4 cup red hot peppers
6 oz. certo
1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
6 1/2 cups sugar
food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pepper, vinegar and sugar together. Then bring mixture to a rolling boil. Let stand and
then stir. Cook for 7 minutes. Then stir and cook for another 5 minutes. Add certo and food
coloring. Mix together. Then pour into jars and seal.
